Ok, one more of my pixel art creations, then I’m moving in a different direction. This one is 15″ by 15″ and is made from reclaimed fence wood and acrylic paint.

This piece measures 15″ by 15″ and had 625 squares in all. This is made from reclaimed fence wood and acrylic paint. Each cube seems to have a color of its own because of the variations in the wood grain patterns and the unique color of the wood itself.
A couple of shots of the little square pieces before they were little pieces.
I had a hard time trying to capture the brightness of my latest piece. It measures 16″ by 16″. There are 961 pieces, all hand painted one by one! It is all made from reclaimed fence wood. This is the second installment of a series I’m doing based on the Pride Flag designed by Gilbert Baker in 1978. I’ll post the first one once I finally get around to photographing it.
This one shows off the shine!
Here are a couple of shots before the glue-up! So many little blocks!
